Rates depend on the room size and how many hours you book on the same day. The longer the booking, the lower the hourly rate:

Not always, so check before you compare. IGV is Peru’s general sales tax and, according to SUNAT, the rate applied is 18% of the taxed transaction. Many listings for meeting rooms in Lima quote prices in US dollars or before tax. Every price on this page is in soles and already includes IGV, so the hourly rate you see is the rate you pay.

Multipurpose Room 1406 can be set up in four layouts: boardroom, U-shape, square or classroom, which makes it the option for workshops and training sessions.

Meeting room in a coworking or a hotel: which is better?
When you search for meeting rooms in Lima, hotels show up next to coworking spaces, but they solve different needs. Hotels usually target events and conferences. For a meeting of 2 to 16 people that lasts a few hours, a coworking room is simpler: you book by the hour, the price is published and you walk in with your laptop.
Where to hold a business meeting: Miraflores or San Isidro?
Choose by who you are meeting and how many people are coming. San Isidro is Lima’s financial district, and our location at Calle Las Camelias 877 has two rooms for 6 and 12 people. Miraflores, at Calle Mártir José Olaya 129, a short walk from Parque Kennedy, has five rooms and the only one for 16 people.
