How much does a coworking space in Lima cost?
These are Lima Coworking’s official rates, the same in both locations. All prices are in Peruvian soles (S/) and include IGV:

When you compare options online, check two things: whether the price is in soles or US dollars, and whether it says «+ IGV». A rate quoted before tax will be 18% higher when you pay.
Do coworking prices in Lima include IGV?
Not always. IGV is Peru’s general sales tax, and according to SUNAT, Peru’s tax authority, the rate applied is 18% of the taxed transaction. Some operators publish prices before tax. At Lima Coworking every published price already includes it, so S/ 80 is what you pay for a day.
What is included in a coworking day pass?
- A desk in the shared area, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Broadband internet.
- Coffee and tea.
- Reception staff.
- Printing and scanning for normal use.
Meeting rooms are charged separately, by the hour. Half a day costs the same as a full day: there are no hourly desk rates. The shared area is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Miraflores or San Isidro: which district is better for remote work?
Both are Lima’s main office districts, and the office market shows it. According to Binswanger Perú’s report for the first quarter of 2026, published by Forbes Perú, the average asking rent for prime offices in Lima was US$ 17.02 per m² per month, with San Isidro Empresarial at US$ 19.47 and Miraflores at US$ 18.34. Paying for a desk only on the days you need it avoids that commitment.

Can I rent a meeting room by the hour?
Yes. Meeting rooms are rented by the hour with no contract, and the rate drops for longer bookings on the same day:

Does Peru have a digital nomad visa?
Peru created a «digital nomad» immigration category through Legislative Decree 1582 in November 2023. As reported by El Comercio at the time, it allows a stay of up to 365 days with the possibility of extension, but it would only be granted once the regulation implementing it was published. Before planning a long stay, check the current status directly with Migraciones, Peru’s immigration authority, on gob.pe.
A coworking day pass does not depend on your immigration status: you pay for the day and work.
Is coworking growing in Lima?
Yes. According to RE Propiedades’ 2025 Coworking Market Report, cited by El Comercio in November 2025, coworking spaces already account for 4.7% of Lima’s total office inventory and are expected to reach 5% in 2026, and 96% of them offer private offices. That means more choice, but also more variation in what each price includes, which is why comparing the final price with tax matters.
When does a private office make more sense than a day pass?
If your team needs a closed space every day, a private office for 2 to 4 people starts at S/ 1,800 per month, furnished and with internet, coffee, printing and reception included. If you only need a Lima business address for your company, a virtual office in Lima starts at S/ 250 per month with a 6-month contract.
